What should I expect during my first massage?

You'll be asked to fill out a brief intake form and discuss your goals or any areas of discomfort with your therapist. You’ll undress to your comfort level and lie under a sheet—the therapist only uncovers the area being worked on.

Do I have to be completely undressed?

No. You only undress to your comfort level. Most clients undress fully, but you can keep on undergarments if you prefer.

What types of massage do you offer?

We offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, and more. Ask us if you’re unsure which one is best for your needs.

How often should I get a massage?

It depends on your goals. For general wellness, once a month is ideal. For pain management or injury recovery, weekly or biweekly may be recommended.

Can I talk during my session?

It’s up to you. Some clients like to chat, while others prefer silence. Your comfort is our priority.

What if I fall asleep?

That’s perfectly normal and even encouraged—it means you’re relaxed!

Can massage help with pain or injuries?

Yes. Therapeutic massage can support healing and reduce tension, inflammation, and pain. We tailor sessions to your needs.

Are gratuities included?

Tips are not included but are appreciated for excellent service (typically 15–25%).

What’s your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Do you offer gift certificates or packages?

Yes! We offer gift cards, memberships, and discounted packages.

Can I use my HSA or FSA for massage services?

Yes! Touch of Magic is HSA & FSA approved, meaning you can use your Health Savings or Flexible Spending Account to pay for eligible services. Be sure to check with your provider—some plans may require a doctor’s note or Letter of Medical Necessity for reimbursement.

What is the Vagaro Pay Later option and how does it work?

Yes! We offer Vagaro Pay Later, which lets you split your total into 4 interest-free payments. Just choose “Pay Later” at checkout when booking online. You’ll pay 25% upfront, and the rest is automatically charged every two weeks—no credit check required. Terms apply.
